Polarbröd och Mycorena inleder samarbete om cirkulär matproduktion
Brödbolaget Polarbröd Aktiebolag i Älvsbyn och utvecklingsbolaget Mycorena AB i Göteborg meddelar att man ska undersöka om bröd- och degspill kan tas tillvara för att framställa det växtbaserade proteinet Promyc. Det handlar också om möjligheten till cirkulär matproduktion för Polarbröd.
